Use of the website implies the status of Client and entails full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions included in these General Terms & Conditions and in the Privacy Policy, in force at the time of each access to the website.
If you do not fully accept any of the established conditions, you should not access or use the website.
Ribeiro & Filho, Lda reserves the right to modify and update these General Terms & Conditions periodically and without prior notice to the Client.
The processing of personal data carried out by Ribeiro & Filho, Lda complies with the legislation in force regarding data protection, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the “General Data Protection Regulation”) and any other applicable EU or national legislation.
All information provided by the Client must be accurate and truthful. The Client is responsible for updating the information supplied to Ribeiro & Filho, Lda whenever it changes. The Client is expressly liable for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to Ribeiro & Filho, Lda or to third parties through the information provided.
Ribeiro & Filho, Lda is the entity responsible for processing Clients’ personal data, and the lawful basis for such processing is the promotion and dissemination of its services.
In the event of a breach of these General Terms & Conditions, Ribeiro & Filho, Lda reserves the right to take any legally applicable action. Furthermore, it reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate access to or use of the website, with or without prior notice to the Client.
Ribeiro & Filho, Lda applies appropriate and necessary technical and organisational security measures to ensure information security. However, the Client acknowledges that use of the website may not be 100% secure, and there is a possibility that information sent or received may be intercepted by unauthorised parties. Ribeiro & Filho, Lda cannot be held responsible for such occurrences.
The contractual offer available on the website is intended solely for adults. The Client agrees that the website may only be used by individuals over eighteen years of age and/or with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and who therefore can assume responsibility for obligations arising from any purchase or sale.
CONTRACT CANCELLATION
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary according to the type of accommodation. Please check the applicable conditions for each option when making your selection.
Cancellation Conditions
Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in.
Non-Refundable Rate: In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
COMPLAINTS
The Client may submit any complaints to Ribeiro & Filho, Lda through the contact details available on the Contact page, by post to the company’s registered address, or by accessing the online complaints book.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Portuguese law shall govern any disputes arising from contractual relations between the Parties. Any question or dispute concerning the application, interpretation, integration, or execution of this Contract that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the Portuguese courts. Consumers may also resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities, available at www.consumidor.pt.
In case of a consumer dispute, the consumer may contact the authorised network of consumer arbitration centres, which provide information, mediation, and arbitration services for consumer disputes:

PRIVACY POLICY
Ribeiro & Filho, Lda collects clients’ personal data for the purposes of account management, invoicing, and information provision, in accordance with the express authorisation given for such purposes and in compliance with the applicable legal provisions.
This information is provided in accordance with Article 18 of Law 114/2015, of 8 September.
The Client declares that they have read, understood, and fully and unreservedly accept these General Terms & Conditions.
